Established in 2023, our institute stands proudly as a constituent college of Ganpat University, an NAAC "A" grade institution under the Faculty of Pharmacy. We take great pride in being a strong upcoming institution in the field of pharmacy education, geared towards transforming students into healthcare leaders ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. This success is a testament to the dynamic leadership and visionary guidance of our President & Patron in Chief, Hon. Dr. Ganpatbhai Patel, and Pro-Vice Chancellor and Director General Dr. Mahendra Sharma, alongside the invaluable contributions of university authorities and trustees.

Pharmacy, being a noble profession, plays a pivotal role in community health, from responsible medicinal discovery to development and usage. At GUNI-IOPH, we acknowledge that pharmacists are uniquely positioned as essential members of healthcare teams, equipped with expertise in various subjects including drug chemistry, dosage forms, pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, herbal drugs, nutraceuticals, and cosmetics. Their contributions are sought after by patients and fellow healthcare professionals, making them indispensable to the well-being of society.

Ganpat University-Institute of Pharmacy is dedicated to empowering our graduating students not only with in-depth knowledge but also a keen understanding of the industrial applications of their skills. Our commitment extends to preparing students to play pivotal roles in the global healthcare system with competence, confidence, and a practical understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. The university's robust ecosystem for start-up incubation and various centers of excellence facilities provide students with opportunities to achieve high-end goals beyond their education.

Beyond traditional academics, our students actively engage in various curricular, extra-curricular, and extension activities. They have opportunities to address social causes through platforms like NSS, Red Cross, Ganpat Voluntary Movement, Eco-club, and more. This multifaceted approach ensures that our graduates are not only academically sound but also socially responsible, aligning with the university's mission statement, "Student First, Character First."

Our teaching pedagogy, coupled with the unwavering efforts of our dynamic faculty and robust placement assistance, ensures our students step into successful roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, drug regulation, international business, and various emerging sectors of the healthcare industry. Graduates from our institute have equal opportunities to work globally, contributing to healthcare professions in countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, East Asia, and the Gulf.

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Ganpat University has a rich legacy as the pioneer self-financed institute, SK Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, established in 1996. Presently, more than 2500 graduates and postgraduate students are alumni working in India and many countries. Even though GUNI-IOPH was established in 2023, students have access to state-of-the-art laboratories and training under the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Our strong partnerships with stakeholders, including industry and the community, are evident through numerous MoU's with industries, hospitals, and professional associations. These collaborations provide our students with internships, placements, and project opportunities, ensuring they gain firsthand experience in industrial settings.
